Cancellation Policy

Please give 24hrs notice if you think you may need to miss your appointment. A last minute cancellation represents a loss of service to someone else that could use your time slot. If you cancel with less than 24hrs notice or do not show for your appointment, you may be charged a portion of the cost of the session. Cancellation fees: 80% for the first missed appointment 100% for sessions missed after. Extenuating circumstances will be compassionately taken into consideration.
