Cancellation Policy

Please give 24hrs notice if you think you may need to miss your appointment. A last minute cancellation represents a loss of service to someone else that could use your time slot. If you cancel with less than 24hrs notice or do not show for your appointment, you may be charged a portion of the cost of the session. Cancellation fees is 100% for sessions missed without 24hrs notice. Extenuating circumstances will be compassionately taken into consideration.
