In an era marked by automation, overwhelm, and disconnection, Earth in Sky offers a return to what is real: authenticity, presence, and meaningful connection with self, others, and the living world around us.
 

Here, we honour the intelligence of the body and spirit,

the medicine of movement and sound, and the power of sacred space and community.

Healing happens when we slow down, listen deeply, and come back into relationship with the self, the world we live in,

with story, with spirit.

At Earth in Sky, we practice Therapeutic Animism, which is a relational, earth and spirit honouring approach to mental health.

This path recognizes that we are shaped not only by psychology and biology, but also by ancestry, environment, and mystery.

 

We respect the contributions of medical and psychological systems, while also acknowledging their limitations, especially when they reduce experiences to symptoms, or sever the sacred from the clinical.

Our work welcomes what is often pathologized: grief, stillness, ecstasy, sensitivity, emotions of all kinds.
Here these are not see as dysfunction, but as meaningful expressions of being alive.
