Elemental Breathwork is a small-group, guided breathwork experience led by Jay Ziebarth using the Elemental Rhythm method. The evening combines intentional breathing, movement, music, meditation and visualization to support body awareness, emotional exploration, reflection and connection. Held by candlelight at sundown, the session includes grounding and integration support from a Registered Social Worker and Animist Minister, followed by tea and time to settle before leaving. No previous breathwork experience is required.
