About the event
As the days shorten after the Autumn Equinox, we gather in a circle for warmth, reflection, and shared discovery. This open group therapy experience invites you to step beyond the noise of everyday life and enter the inner field of your being.
Guided by the steady pulse of the drum, we embark on an inward expedition, an imaginal journey that opens hidden doorways, archetypal visions, and soul encounters. A gentle tea will accompany our work, supporting the rhythm and softening the way.
After traveling through rhythm and spirit, we turn to the page, writing down what unfolded. These are our “field notes,” glimpses of the terrain within, where you will document your discoveries. By journaling, we honour what was received and give form to what might otherwise slip away.
Finally, we come together in circle to share pieces of what we’ve discovered. We'll imagine sitting around a fire, each adventurer…
