Service Description

These sessions can be booked individually or can be grouped on to a session. A restorative session for reconnecting with your body, energy and inner sense of balance. My approach to energy work has developed intuitively over many years and is also informed by Reiki, Aqualead and therapeutic sound. Each session is shaped by what you bring and what I notice in the moment. It may include hands-on or hands-off energy work, singing bowls, chimes, drumming, gentle sound, aromatherapy and quiet rest. You do not need to understand energy work or hold any particular spiritual beliefs. You are invited simply to arrive as you are, settle into the space and receive. Sessions take place in the beautiful Fire Room at Earth in Sky, a warm and atmospheric space created for transformation, release and renewal. You remain fully clothed throughout the session, and all touch is discussed beforehand and guided by your comfort and consent.
